Creativity plays a powerful role in our healing process.
It brings freedom to your spirit and soul.
It allows you to express yourself and release stagnant emotions that could be hindering your healing process.
It is also a divine act.
And knowing how and why this is the case can make a huge difference, a huge impact,
in how the healing powers work at bay upon your body, your soul, your mind.
Your creative expression is timeless.
And I want to talk about this.
We often think our creative expression is things we like to do.
We like to have fun.
We like to dance.
And that's a beautiful way to express creativity.
We like to write.
It's another powerful way.
See, every way we're creative is miraculous.
They're miracles.
if we like to paint
you may like to paint
you may like to paint
you may like to garden
yeah, you know
gardening is a form of creativity
it really is
and then you may like to sing
well, some people love singing
that's a powerful way
to express creativity
absolutely
and these should never be
undermined
and some people like to sew and some people like to knit and some people like to make quilts.
It's a beautiful ways of expressing creativity. They really are. But there's an important fact
or an important part of understanding something about creativity that everyone needs to know
and this fires off the healing process. This is what ignites the healing process in someone's soul
and the creative part of their soul
and the creative part of their brain,
the creative part of their bodies.
What happens is we often are creative
so someone can see it.
So we're often creative.
We often sing in hopes someday
that others may see our singing,
which is a beautiful way to share,
share the expression of creativity,
to share the intentions of creativity.
We often like to paint in hopes that we can show that painting to others so they can get enjoyment and they can benefit from our creativity.
We like to dance and we like to have people see us dance because we like to express our creativity.
We like to dance with others and express their creativity too and enjoy that.
But there's other ways of being creative.
You don't have to always be concerned if it's going to be seen or not by the human eye.
Because creativity that we have inside of us, the creative response, that creative gift, the miracle that we all have, every one of us,
the creative gift that we create
and we have intentions of
is seen by the great divine.
It's seen by God.
It's seen by the angels.
It's seen by the fairies.
It's seen by the universe.
It's seen by other souls that have crossed over.
That's who is our audience.
That's who is watching us be creative.
that's who.
I remember I was working in my garden,
and I was so proud of myself
because I created these beautiful rows
and these beautiful circles
of vegetables and greens that were growing.
And Spirit said, I want you to do something.
I said, what?
And Spirit had me take a little patch of the garden
that was just bare dirt.
And Spirit had me get a whole bunch of stones
and start to put them in this little patch of dirt.
And I said to Spirit, I don't like doing this.
I don't understand what I'm doing.
And I don't want anybody to see this either.
And Spirit said, it's not about anybody seeing this.
It's about what you're doing.
You're being creative and you're not even understanding that.
Spirit said, focus.
So I started laying the stones out in certain ways.
I started piling them on top of each other and organizing them into a pattern.
And I sat back and I suddenly got inspired.
And it was just coming out of me.
And I was creating designs that I felt were the expression of what I felt inside internally.
And I asked Spirit, so now what?
And spirits said, well, you just created something that others are looking at right now.
Family members that have passed and crossed over are looking at it.
The angels are looking at it.
Other souls are looking at it.
Fairies are looking at it.
The universe is looking at it.
And it's right now.
It's written in time.
And if a wind and a rain came by and completely ruined it and moved it over and disfigured
what you created. It was already recorded. It was already timeless. It's recorded forever.
Creativity is more than just what we express in the moment for the person that's seeing us
or the people that we want to share it with, which is so important. Don't get me wrong,
that's so important. But for others who don't have an audience, and their audience may be their cat,
or their audience may be their doggie
or their audience may just be one family member
or their audience may be a friend
or they may not have an audience at all.
Your creativity is seen
and it's heralded by the heavens
and seen by the heavens.
And so it's important to know that
it strengthens the soul and heals the spirit.
It truly does.
So, I want you to use your creative powers.
I want you to focus on them.
One way to do that as an exercise is taking a walk.
The walk you're taking is not just the normal walk.
This walk is a walk to inspire your creative part of you,
inspire the creative being that you are.
This is a walk that's only for your creative abilities.
and on your walk you're going to be thinking about the fact that the walk is just for your
creative purpose it's to inspire your creative intention it doesn't mean a concept or an idea
or you know a profound creative moment's going to happen in the moment that's not what's supposed
to happen and if it does that's wonderful it's after that walk when it all comes together
it's later on that day it's the next day when it starts to click in you take a creative walk
that's what you do you take creative walks it could be a walk in the park they could be a walk
on the beach they could be a walk in the yard it could be a walk on your street but it's a walk
and it could even be a walk on the treadmill but you just have to know why you're doing it
if you don't know why you're doing it it's not going to click in it's not going to create that
those creative powers that you have, that creativity power that you have. It's not going
to inspire that to unleash it because a lot of us, it's stifled and it's suppressed.
Our creative abilities have been suppressed by so many things we go through in life.
Chronic illness can suppress our creativity. Our confidence can break and wean and wane and
wax over. Our confidence can really take a dive. And it's important to ignite that. Even if you
think you're already pretty creative and you're working on projects, you take a creative walk.
That means is you're putting on your shoes, you're putting on your sneakers, and you know this walk
is just for creativity. It's just like when people walk for charities, like they walk for
breast cancer or they walk for, you know, MS or they walk for other things. It's just like that.
You're walking for creativity because the more potent it becomes inside the soul and inside your
being, the stronger it gets. The more you're going to be able to create, the more that's going to be
unleashed from your heart and healed in your soul and in your spirit. And the more that's going to
be seen from above and timeless and etched in time. When we leave here down the road,
we're going to see what we created, everything we created from its smallest form to its largest.
And we're going off to the next part. I'm with you. I'm looking forward to it. Bless you.
Blessings.
